The Glare Guards serve two purposes.- Firstly to protect the eye from the direct glare or the sparkle effect from the lamp, and secondly to guard against any direct light which may be emitted from the lens of the fitting e.g. when walking past a Spike Spot, upward light could be blinding.

The Hunza Moonlighter accessory has been specifically designed to reduce glare when creating a moonlighting effect. It is shown here fitted to a Pond Lite (sold separately) that can be bound to a tree branch or trunk using a rubber tree-band (available from your installer), or screwed through the hole in the bracket. The Moonlighter has been designed to greatly reduce glare from most angles. This accessory can be fitted to any MR16 downward facing Hunza outdoor lighting product.
