The Light Ideas range of
IP67 buriable transformers are totally encased in resin
and have been designed
in conjunction with a leading European manufacture.
Being totally weatherproof and dimmable, they are ideal
for use with Hunza outdoor lighting products.
Available in 20, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 300
watts each has 1 meter of mains and low voltage HO5 fly
leads. They have a self re-setting thermal cut off
to protect against overload and are dimmable from the
power source
on leading edge dimmers for inductive loads.
A fully weather proof joint should connect the cables:
we recommend our self adhesive Heat-Shrink or an external
weatherproof junction box that can be supplied by your
electrician.
